Two layers of carrot cake made with walnuts and spices, filled with cream cheese, iced with cream cheese icing.
Red Velvet
Two layers of red velvet cake with cream cheese icing and filling, decorated white chocolate pieces.
Whipped Cream Raspberry
Four layers of white cake filled with raspberry preserves and iced with whipped cream.
Tiramisu
Four layers of vanilla cake brushed with espresso and filled with a rum and mascarpone filling and iced in whipped cream (contains alcohol).
Strawberry Torte
Four layers of vanilla cake filled with strawberry preserves and strawberry mousse. Iced with whipped cream with white chocolate shingles around the sides.
Fruit Basket
Two layers of white cake filled with vanilla custard, iced with vanilla butter cream and given a basket weave around the sides. The top of the cake is covered with fresh fruit.
Ganache
Two layers of chocolate cake filled with ganache, and covered with ganache.
Raspberry Ganache
Two layers of chocolate cake filled with raspberry preserves, and covered with ganache.
Mocha Ganache
Two layers of chocolate cake filled with mocha butter cream, iced with mocha butter cream and covered with ganache.
German Chocolate Ganache
Two layers of chocolate cake filled with German chocolate, iced with ganache.
Black and White Strawberry Torte
Two layers each of vanilla and chocolate cake filled with strawberry preserves and strawberry mousse, whipped cream icing and white and dark chocolate shingles around the sides of the cake.
